Basic Education:
Minimum SMK/SMA/D3
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position from a reputable Restaurant.
- Excellent communication, politeness, and the ability to handle guests’ needs or complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
Menu Knowledge:
need to be familiar with the restaurant’s menu, including ingredients, preparation methods and any potential allergens.
Time Management:
The ability to multitask efficienlty, balancing the needs of multiple tables while ensuring quick and accurate service
Basic Math skill:
Being able to handle bills, calculate totals and manage cah or card payments accurately.
Memory and Attention to Detail:
Remenbering Orders, table numbers, guests preferences to ensure correct service
Teamwork:
Collaborating with other staff form service and other department to ensure a smooth dinning experience.
Positive Attitude and Friendliness:
Manitaining a welcoming and positive demeanor, even in high-preasure situations.
Work under pressure:
Able to work efficiently during busi hours and handling stress
- Good physical stamina
Food Handling knowledge:
Understanding basic food safety, hygene, and proper handling practise is essential for serving food and beverage
- Experience with Point of Sales (POS) System.
