What Will You Do:
- Providing guidance and strategy to the team
- Monitoring the team performance and providing coaching and feedback.
- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the timeframe
- Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
- Identify and mitigate tax risks
- Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
- Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
- Manage and coordinate tax audits
- Maintain tax balances on the general ledger
- Prepare all tax papers in a regular basis and handle all information data requests
Supporting the company by implementing continuous improvement of integrated management system:
ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management system), ISO 45001:2018 (safety management system)
Supporting the company by implementing continuous improvement of the information security management system:
ISO 27001:2013
What Are The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax or other related field
Certification:
Brevet AB, Brevet C
- 6+ years of working experience in the tax field or similar position
- 3+ years of experience in managing a team
- or proven 2+ years of work experience as a Tax Manager
- Proficiency to think strategically and develop strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving complex challenges and issues
- Excellent effective communication skills
- Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
