Job Description
- A school chef coordinator is responsible for ensuring the flawless teaching environment, developing the most effective methods of teaching cooking skills and techniques to all students. He/she also responsible for creating lesson plans and ensuring students become proficient in different culinary areas, including hot kitchen, pastry and bakery making.
He/she must be accountable to do the duties:
- As a lecturer who bring material according to curriculum
- The curriculum application that has been prepared is adjusted to each time and schedule of the teacher who provides theoretical and practical lessons
- Plan and prepare lecture requirements in theory and food and equipment during practice
- Directly and periodically supervise each teacher who delivers lesson materials, so that they comply with the academic rules and lesson materials that have been determined by NCSA management
- Assist and supervise the job training process while supervising students by conducting direct or indirect checks.
- Responsible for scheduling and compiling and assessing NCSA student learning outcomes
- Actively liaise with each student and their parents during the training process, and represent the company in liaising with students, parents, teaching staff and other parties related to the teaching and learning process at NCSA
- Actively involved in every event and promotion held by NCSA, according to the appointment and responsibilities given
