Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of Hasnur Group’s facilities, including buildings, vehicles, and office equipment
- Ensure the effective running of security, cleanliness, and maintenance services
- Implement cost-efficient strategies for resource management
- Manage asset procurement, inventory control, and logistics support
- Build and maintain vendor relationships and manage outsourced services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including occupational health and safety (K3)
- Lead and develop a high-performing General Services team
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields
- 7+ years of experience in general services or facilities management, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
- Strong expertise in facilities management, asset control, and vendor management
- Proven leadership abilities with a history of team management
- Skilled in budgeting, negotiation, and compliance with safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset management tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
