As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Director of Property Management to take responsibility for managing our portfolio of properties, ensuring high-quality service and maximum profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Management:

Develop and implement property management strategies with a focus on improving service quality and optimizing processes.

• Operational Management:

Organize the operation of properties, from maintenance to guest relations, including overseeing staff.

• Financial Management:

Manage property budgets, control expenses, and prepare financial reports for property owners.

• Marketing and Leasing:

Develop marketing strategies to attract tenants, manage pricing policies, and oversee online platforms for property rentals.

• Analytics and Optimization:

Monitor market performance and implement improvements to increase the profitability of properties.

• Client Relations:

Support property owners by resolving operational issues and ensuring their properties are well-managed.

• Staff Management:

Lead the team, providing training and development to employees.

• Compliance with Standards:

Ensure that all properties meet high standards of safety, hygiene, and service quality.

Requirements:

  • • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles in property management or hospitality.
  • • In-depth knowledge of managing luxury real estate and resort properties.
  • • Financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting, as well as team leadership.
  • • Experience working with high-end properties and clients.
  • • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
