Qualifications:

1. Basic Education:

SMK/SMA/D3

  • 2. Minimum 2 years in a similar positions from reputable restaurant

3. Key Skill and knowledge:

Advance culinary techniques:

Proficiency in specific cooking methods

Knife Skill:

High-level knife skills for cutting, slicing, chopping and filleting ingredient with precision.

Recipe development and Adaptation:

Ability to follow and modify receipes, often contributing to menu development or improving dishes

Time management and organization:

Managing the timing and sequence of preparing dishes, ensuring  efficiency and coodination with other section.

Leadership and Teamwork:

Manage junior staff, providing training and delegating task while maintaining strong communication with other sections.

Plating and Presentation:

Knowledge of proper plating techniques to ensure consistency in presentation across dishes.

4. Personal Attributes:

Attention to Detail:

Ensuring dishes meet quality standards and are prepared consistently

Work Under Pressure:

Ability to maintain high-quality output during busy service periods.

Adaptability:

Quick thinking and ability to solve problems.

  • Good Physical Stamina

5. Food Safety Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Food hygene standards, safe food handling and kitchen cleanliness
