- Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operational teams to create and execute customer engagement campaigns.
- Conduct customer data analysis to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and expand market presence.
- Lead personalized marketing efforts to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Build new relationship with potential customer which lead to customer satisfaction and generate orders and sales
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market intelligence, staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Maintain and analyze data related to business development and campaigns
Requirements:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience with CRM experience in F&B or Lifestyle indurstries
- Dynamic, Pro-active work style and Good team player, self-motivated, well-organized and result-oriented
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Excited in target oriented environment with tight deadline and minimum supervision
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
