Job Description

  • Our Product Specialist responsible for the comprehensive management of e-commerce platform products. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of every step, from product creation to promotion. This role requires experience in e-commerce platform operations and market research, and familiarity with TikTok and Instagram platforms. You will work with the store management team, short video team, advertising team, and KOL team to drive product traffic and sales growth, while being accountable for the product’s market performance.
  • Job Responsibility

Collaborate with the store management team:

Manage product creation, daily maintenance, and updates, ensuring product information is accurate, timely, and complete, and continuously optimize product pages to enhance user experience.

Collaborate with the short video team:

Plan and create short video content based on product characteristics and target user groups, ensuring alignment with product and channel tonality to boost traffic and exposure

Collaborate with the advertising team:

Provide high-quality ad materials and market data to support the advertising team in optimizing ad campaigns and improving ad performance and conversion rates.

Collaborate with the KOL team:

Select influencers (KOLs) that match the brand’s tone for product promotion, and push forward partnership projects to maximize results and enhance brand visibility and product recognition

  • Qualification
  • 1. Min 1 year  experience in product management or a related field, with strong project management skills and the ability to independently complete product operations tasks.
  • 2. Familiar with TikTok and Instagram platforms, particularly in the areas of e-commerce and content marketing.
  • 3. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate work progress and quality with multiple teams.
  • 4. Strong data analysis skills, able to provide optimization suggestions through market research and data analysis.
  • 5. Experience in influencer (KOL) marketing is preferred.
  • 6. Experience in e-commerce or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries is a plus.
