Job Description
- Job Requirements;
- Minimum education of Senior High School.
- At least 1 years of experience as leader
- Understand Standart production prosedure
- Knowledge of productivity,capacity and man power management (5s)
- Ability to work with detail and precision.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Having ISO certification or related training will be an advantage.
- Able to speak good English and Indonesian
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Result-oriented and strong analytical skills ( problem Analysys )
- Job Responsibilities;
- 1. Ensure product quality and quality (production target）
- 2. Daily reporting result
- 3. Prepare line ( based on plan )
- 4. Have good communication with others department
- 5. have good leadership knowledge
- 6. Develop and drive team meet productivity goals.
- 7. Understand 5s controll
- 8. Have good excecution skill production schedule
