  • Technical Support.
  • Problem & Solving Hardware and Software.
  • Setup and Installation.
  • User Account Management (Wecom, One Drive, Foxmail, etc).
  • User Training.
  • Documentation, Procedures and Reporting.

Qualification:

  • S1 graduate from IT, Information System, Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience.
  • Must Fluent in English, Speak Mandarin is a plus.
  • Having excellent communication skill.
  • Fast learner and have attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
