- Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce field.
- Strong leadership, effective interpersonal communication skills, analytical thinking abilities, and good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using Seller Center platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.
- Willing to work in North Jakarta.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating 5 existing e-commerce Admin to increases sales and store’s performance.
- Managing e-commerce and marketplace such as Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Seller Center etc.
- Responsible for all product’s business but not limited to following up and giving solution to customer’s complaint within every e-commerce platforms.
- Responsible for sales forecasting, monitoring sales result off all products and reporting periodically.
- Responsible for searching for new online sales channels.
