Responsibilities:
- Controlling the operation area (merchandise, inventory, shrinkage, customer experience, & manpower).
- Directing & developing the team.
- Achieving sales target, analyzing productivity, and providing recommendation for improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, GPA ≥ 2,75. (Diploma degrees with experience are welcome).
- Maximum 32 years old.
- Experience in specialty retail, along with a background in sales, marketing, and customer service would be preferable.
- Possess great conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal skill, & leadership potential.
- Have a good selling skill and multitasking ability.
- Good in English and computer literate.
- Not color-blind, and willing to work in shift.
