Job Description
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of working experience in the EMS or an MNC environment
- Good supply base knowledge with strong mechanical background, supplier selection,
- sourcing of mechanical parts, etc.
- Experience should include electro-mechanical commodities such as plastic/cables,
- connectors, modules,PCBs, etc especially in the Indonesian market.
- Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
- Familiarity of Microsoft Office is a pre-requisite.
- Good problem-solving skills is an added asset.
Job Description:
- To source for Electro-Mechanical/Mechanical components to support new projects
- To be able to perform cost analysis and select best supplier to meet the product requirement
- To be responsible in managing the relationship with suppliers on all commercial issues
To perform cost reduction, VA/VE activities, etc to achieve the KPIs set by the management (eg:
the material cost reduction target)
- To be able to implement supply management strategies and activities such as VMI, JIT, EDI capabilties etc
- To be the escalation point when there is delivery issues during the MP and NPI stages
- Management of SAP data integrity
