- Demonstrated general knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction technique-related engineering principles, and building code
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

V-Ray, Sketch up, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Presentation

- Prepare Design concept
- Coordination with the team regarding the planning process
- Conduct the team to execute the concept and present it to the client
- Respect for the quality and quantity of the planning design
- Discuss the objectives, requirements, and budget of a project to be carried out
- Processing interior and exterior design concepts in a building
- Make a design according to what the client wants
- Design drawings to reach clients
- Improve the final construction planning that can show the appearance of the building
- Ability to receive a sketch or design direction from Directors/ Principal, develop the designs into buildable reality, and efficiently coordinate with consultants and others to bring designs to reality.
