Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Project Manager or equivalent experience.
- Mandatory experience in banking.
- Knowledge in best practice and methodologies in managing IT projects e.g., Waterfall, Agile etc. and project management tools.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and demonstrated ability to translate client requirements.
- Understanding of business systems, ability to multi-task on diverse requirements, understanding of Software development Lifecycle and techniques, and experience in the development of system documentation or training materials.
- English excellent communication.

- Responsible for managing, strategic projects from initiation through delivery and leading team members on billable implementation, migration, enhancement, or integration projects that often involve business process reengineering.
- Responsible for defining the project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and tasks, as well as managing the project team, stakeholders, risks, issues, and changes.
- Communicates the project status, progress and outcomes to the relevant parties and ensures that the project meets the expectations and requirements.
