We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join their team and help drive growth in the heavy equipment market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the coal mining industry to promote heavy equipment sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the mining sector.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase equipment features, specifically large excavators (90 tons and up) and wide-body dump trucks.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Coverage area:
National, with a priority focus on coal mining operations in Kalimantan (South, East, and Central) and Sumatra (South Sumatra, Jambi, Riau, and surrounding regions).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the mining heavy equipment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of coal mining and equipment, specifically large excavators (90 tons and up) and wide-body dump trucks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits, particularly in key mining regions (Kalimantan and Sumatra).
