Fundamental Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Magister’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- Have +3 years of experience in FMCG sales, especially in MT (Modern Trade) distribution.
- Have connection with MT Buyer.
- Have thorough knowledge of sales strategies and best practices
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Responsibilities
- Handle Modern Trade (MT) Distribution
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the WoCA product range.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operation and enhance customer satisfaction
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
