REQUIREMENTS:
- Male or Female maksimal 38 years
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree/S1 Hospitality, etc
- At least minimum 3 Years of working experience as a sales manager, banquet coordinator, business development in restaurant or hospitality industry (Bunquet/Evenr, Restaurant, BAR, Lounge, etc)
- Must be sales track and target oriented and have strong negotiations skill
- Proven sales track corporate company, event organizer, club society and etc
- Have mature and strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills.
SKILLS NEEDED:
- Find and develop new client for corporate event or personal function
- Provide strategies and execute the sales plan (sales call visitation, etc) of products and service to potential client
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports to the management
- Lead promoyional activities for the events
- Plan and organizing function from start to finish according to requrements from clients or target audience and objectivies
- Friendliness. As you are the first person that the customers will encounter when they enter the establishment, you are required to make a good first impression to ensure that the reputation of the company is not tarnished.
- Social Skills. You are expected to converse with the customers effectively and make small talk to make your customers feel comfortable.
Flexible:
you are flexible at any time due to last minute events, open to working flexible hours and must be willing to work even on holidays.
- Interpersonal Skills. You must be able to communicate properly with the guests/ clients and in-house departments and be able to cater to their needs and requests.
- Cooperate and communicate with every department in Queens Head.
- You are a team player, have respect for every person internal and professionalism is a must.
