  • Assist in providing data for a consistent compensation & reward guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
  • Assist in conducting salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with regulations and market competitiveness
  • Assist market research and analyze on compensation and benefits to drive business goals
  • Provide advisory service to HR Site on ad-hoc C&B matters
  • Assist in manage yearly HR budget cost planning to ensure budget plan in within guidelines
  • Implement and update the annual appraisal process and guidelines and assist the appraisal process across business units
  • Assist in handling the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g forms and templates, communications)
  • Provide support to line manager and supervisor in applying the Performance Management System should they face challenges with the implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or other related field
  • 3-5 years of working experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Preferably having experience in mining industry and consulting company
