Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the restaurant’s daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service excellence;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and customer satisfaction;
- Handle scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for the restaurant staff;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain consistent quality and service standards;
- Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance to meet the restaurant’s goals;
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Manager in the food and beverage (F&B) industry;
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team;
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and customer service;
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and tools;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Willingness to work in Batubulan, Gianyar, Bali;
- Ready to join immediately.
