Requirements:

  • Minimum of an associate degree (D3) in any major.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient working using computer, especially Ms. Office (excel, word, etc).
  • Fluent in English (verbal)
  • Strong customer service abilities, with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.
  • Able to join as soon as possible.

Job Description:

  • Welcoming and registering incoming guests or visitors professionally, and determine purpose of visiting
  • Answering incoming phone calls and/or forward calls to appropriate personnel or departments
  • Provide brief responses or information to questions about the company’s products
  • Organize and record meeting room schedule
  • Receiving letters, documents, packages, and courier deliveries, and delivering or distributing items.
