Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering.
- Proven track record of managing MEP systems for complex construction projects from conception to completion minimum 3 years.
- Having experience in F&B industry is a MUST.
- Having an Expertise Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing MEP systems for complex construction projects from conception to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in identifying and resolving.
Job Description:
- Manage the design development and coordination of MEP systems for F&B construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, to develop MEP plans, specs that align with project.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify MEP systems are installed according to design drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on MEP systems to project teams and resolve design and construction issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all MEP activities.
