- Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR Management or any related studies
- Minimum 8 years experience in the related position
- Experience in dealing with confidential issues and/or complex/sensitive cases relating to performance management & remunerations as well as in leading performance management & reward initiatives
- Ability to work with ambiguity and coordinate across diverse teams and leaders
- Strong excel and skills for data analysis
- Mature, resilient, with strong people relating skills and empathy; focused on solutions; communicates effectively to various audiences
- Mature and good communication skills
