- Develop the brand marketing and sales plan and strategy based on understanding customers (need and want), competitors, micro/macro environments, and marketing tools.
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns to achieve goals and to strengthen the brand value proposition in the market
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, campaign performance and business data to draw a meaningful insight/feedback to enhance effectiveness of performance
- Responsible as PIC of brand stores of e-commerce included manage promotion and communicate with each platform’s MD/PIC.
- Develop strategy of CLV (Customer Lifecycle Value) and manage CLV equity
- Cooperate smoothly with multiple functional teams and agencies to improve effectiveness in terms of executing campaigns and accomplishing targets.
- Job Requirement
- Preferably minimal 3 years experience in FMCG company or Marketing Agency as marketer, strategist, or brand manager.
- at least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG
- Creative, Communicative, Self-motivated & Target-oriented mindset
- Having network and experience handling KOL and Marketing Agencies
- Understanding and following GenZ’s behavior, trends, needs, and wants.
