Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of HRIS systems.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
- Develop user guides and provide training to HR staff.
- Analyze and optimize HR processes through the HRIS.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS, preferably within the banking sector.
