Job Description

  • Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the CEO’s right-hand in transitioning the company’s HR department into a strategic partner; where you will provide advice on end-to-end HR matters.

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s business objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR matters.
  • Oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
  • Ensure HR policies are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
  • Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant studies with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in HR management with a strong track-record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Combination of background as specialist in talent development and generalist would be ideal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, having the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Combined working experience in start-up and corporate will be a huge advantage.
