Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR management or a related role minimum 3 years
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
Attendance Management:
Oversee employee attendance records and ensure accurate tracking.
Business Travel Support:
Assist in coordinating and supporting employees’ business trips as required.
General Affairs Management:
Handle general affairs activities including vehicle management, STNK tax payments, KIR (Vehicle Inspection), housekeeping, and the maintenance of office buildings and work areas.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee grievances and conflicts promptly.
Policy Development:
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
Office Operations Oversight:
Oversee office operations to ensure a well-maintained and safe working environment for all employees.
Department Management:
Assist with general manager and department team leader make the clear KPI
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
