Job Description
PART TIME ONLINE dengan time slot sebagai berikut:
Monday – Friday:
18.50 – 21.00 (max 2 kelas per hari), jeda per kelas 10 menit
Saturday:
09.00 – 15.00 (max 4 kelas), jeda per kelas 10 menit, dan istirahat makan siang 1 jam.
Notes:
setiap kelas berdurasi 60 menit.
Job Description:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson both in offline & online class
- Observe & evaluate student’s performance & development
- Make a good relationship with student & student’s parent (for kids class)
General Requirements:
- Build confidence and create a fun learning environment where only Mandarin is spoken/ allowed
- Have Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or experiences relevant to the position applied
- Able to work independently, yet a good team player
- Able to work under pressure and on tight schedule
- Able to communicate in English is an advantage
- Have HSK 5 or 6 certificate is an advantage
- Have a long experience in education field is an advantage
Specific Requirements:
- Confident in Mandarin, both oral & written
- Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point), some classes will need Power point
- Creative, Active & Communicative
- Passion in education & love children
- Candidate must possess at least in diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field for this position
