- Requirement
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Telecommunication Engineering or any related major.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 5 years of experience in FTTH, OLT, ONT/STB Terminal project deployment.
- At least 2 year of team management experience. Familiar with integration, functionality test and RFS and traffic migration.
- Have network operation experience.
- Able to produce report and others meeting materials for internal and external.

- Responsible to initiate and maintain communication with relevant stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and manage team & project management, oversee the design, development and implementation of projects.
- Develop strategies, plans and execute plans.
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Provide and maintain acceptance documentation & procedure.
