Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree preferably in Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Physical Therapy, Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in medical devices/products/equipment industry and with exposure in Orthopedics / Cardiology / Surgery/Orthopedics/Radiology/Interventional Therapy.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge and understanding in Medical and Surgical Equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
- Proficiency in MS office- PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good understanding of Government bidding process.
- Effective time management and requires minimal supervision.
- With positive working attitude and able to embrace Transmedic’s Guiding Principles.
- Practice integrity, honesty and professionalism at all times.
- Preferably residing in NCR.
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure that customers are provided with high quality care & attention throughout the sales & service process of medical technology procured.
- To provide clinical support & trouble shooting of medical equipment to users.
- Assist users to become familiarized with usage of the medical equipment.
- Organize and execute a wide range of on-site training activities and liaise with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct training sessions; perform on-site and on-the-job training on the company’s products to health professionals in hospitals.
- Monitor the progress of on-site training activities to ensure training objectives are being achieved;
- Monitor demo schedules to delegate demo units to sales in charge smoothly.
- Assist in ingress, egress, delivery and installation of medical equipment.
- Assisting in Biddings specially during Post Qualification when presenting and justifying the importance and capability of the unit.
- Support for sales team in achieving their sales budget.
- Assist regional sales staff by providing specialized support and by driving improved product awareness and understanding.
- Attend exhibitions and relevant local/national/international meetings and to organize user groups and seminars when required to do so.
- Maintain a relevant level of clinical & professional competence and monitor future clinical trends.
