Job Responsibilities:
- 1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant.
- 2. Formulate and implement business plans to achieve sales targets.
- 3. Supervise and manage employees to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- 4. Handle customer complaints and suggestions to improve customer experience.
- 5. Control costs and budget to ensure profitability.
- 6. Maintain store facilities and equipment to ensure safety and hygiene.
- 7. Responsible for the construction of new canteen from 0-1
- 8. Familiar with the Indonesian catering market qualification certification requirements, familiar with HALAL certification and related food specifications
ob requirements:
- 1. Have more than 3 years of catering management experience. Priority will be given to Chinese restaurant-related operations and familiarity with the operational processes of the catering industry.
- 2. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- 3. Strong communication and coordination skills.
- 4. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- 5. Be familiar with food safety and hygiene standards.
- 6. Proficient in using office software and restaurant management systems.
- 7. Have Chinese and Indonesian language skills

- 7.负责新食堂/店铺从0-1的搭建
- 8.熟悉印尼餐饮市场资质认证要求,熟悉清餐HALAL认证及相关食品规范
- 任职要求:
- 1、具有3年以上餐饮管理经验,具有中餐厅相关经营优先
- 熟悉餐饮行业运作流程。
- 2. 优秀的领导和团队管理能力。
- 3. 强大的沟通和协调能力。
- 4. 良好的问题解决和决策能力。
- 5. 熟悉食品安全和卫生标准。
- 6. 熟练使用办公软件和餐厅管理系统。
- 7. 具有中文印尼语能力
