Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of existing business process
- Make business plan for developing new business
- Build strong relationship with potential partners
- Maintain, update, and report the timeline of developing new business
- Monitor the reconciliation and claim handling process and conduct necessary troubleshoot if there is any issue
- Monitor helpdesk team and conduct necessary troubleshoot if there is any issue
- Create and update the procedure in internal division
- Understand and update the topology of exisiting system and infrastructure
- Create and update user requirement
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree minimum with background industrial engineering (preferably)
- Familiarly working with office applications especially Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio and Project
- Must have working experience as a business analyst for at least 1 year
- Able to speak and write in english
