- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Tour Manager or in a similar role, with expertise international markets specialized in Eourope or Asia region.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of popular tourist destinations, attractions, and travel logistics.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems (OTA) and software.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using standard office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as per client needs.
