- ABOUT US
- We are an Indonesian engineering consultant company working in the Construction Industry including in transport engineering especially in railway engineering. We are currently involving in many railway infrastructure projects in Indonesia including MRT, LRT, and High-Speed Railway and other private as well as government projects. In accordance with our recent necessities and also to anticipate future company plan we require some engineers with various discipline and expertise to develop solid and professional team in rendering our services to the Client. One of our urgent requirement is to have BIM Engineer as specified in the following description.

- QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Field
- An overall professional experience in the construction Industry of 7 years as a minimum is a must.
- A professional experience in Construction Management Consulting Services with a minimum of 5 years
- A professional experience in the development of urban railway system (or similar) with a minimum of 3 years is preferable.
- A BIM Experience especially in MEP works, with Revit and Naviswork computer softwares, with a minimum of 3 years.
- Fluent in English language (spoken/written/reading), with minimum IELTS score 5.5 and/or equal with similar test.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checks the correct BIM Implementation (BEP, Procedures, Standards, etc.).
- Checks the Quality of BIM Models.
- Checks the validity of the 3D & 4D Clash Detections presented by the Contractor.
- Checks if the Technical Parameters are well embedded in the BIM Models and control the Asset Tagging Process and the Asset Information Model.
- Keeps Track of the BIM 2D and 3D Deliverables. Checks the correspondence and the transmittals.
- Attends the Construction and Design meetings to ensures BIM model updated
- Reports to the Design Team and/or the Construction Team any major finding
