Job Description
- Join our team and be part of the logistics that keeps our stores running smoothly! We are looking for a meticulous and organized Admin Warehouse to manage shipping, inbound and outbound goods, and petty cash for our warehouse operations in Bali. If you have experience with warehouse administration and are proficient in using Accurate software, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Inbound & Outbound Management:
- Manage inventory in the warehouse, including incoming and outgoing goods.
- Responsible for administration related to shipping goods from the Warehouse to stores, retail, wholesale, and consignment.
2. Petty Cash Handling:
Manage warehouse petty cash for daily operational needs, ensuring proper recording.
3. Accurate and Excel Software Operations:
Use Accurate software and excel to manage warehouse data, stock records, and generate reports.
3. Inventory Control:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.
4. Team Support:
Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related field.
- 1+ years as a Warehouse Admin or similar role handling shipping, stock management, and petty cash. Freshgraduate welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Accurate and Excel software for managing warehouse data and reports.
- Meticulous in handling stock records, shipping details, and financial transactions.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple warehouse operations simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with stores, couriers, and the warehouse team.
