Job Description
Requirements:
- – Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business and related discipline)
- – Minimum 3 years of experience in media buying & performances, preferably in the F&B industry
- – Proficient in English
- – Proven experience with media buying across different platforms (TV, radio, online, social media, etc.)
- – Understanding of advertising regulations and compliance
Responsibilities:
– Media Planning & Strategy Development:
Conducting market research to identify target audiences and media channels (all digital platforms: Facebook, IG, TikTok, YouTube) that align with campaign objectives and make comprehensive media plans. Develop comprehensive media plans that outline the strategy for reaching the target audience through various media outlets.
– Budget Management:
Develop, manage and monitor media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve campaign goals.
– Campaign Execution:
Coordinate the implementation of media campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution & collaborate with creative teams to create right materials aligned with media strategies and meet the requirements of each platform (all digital platform: Facebook, IG, TikTok, YouTube)
– Campaign Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor & Analyze data, utilize insight and media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and do so by data driven. Optimize media plans based on real-time data and campaign results and give recommendations for optimization.
– Post-Campaign Analysis:
Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate the success of media strategies against set objectives & Identify areas for improvement and lessons learned for future campaigns.
– Vendor Negotiation:
Negotiate & obtain the best possible rates with media vendors to secure optimal advertising placements, including but not limited to TV, radio, print, online, and social media.
– Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with media vendors for future partnerships & Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align media buying strategies with overall marketing objectives.
– Digital Marketing:
Handling WhatsApp Group Management & overseeing KOL progress
