Job Description
- As a Villa Controller at UBV/BVM, you will be responsible for the full management of several luxury villas, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and maintaining a high standard of service. You will be the key person responsible for ensuring every detail is handled to provide an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for managing vendor and supplier relationships, coordinating orders for villa supplies, ensuring timely deliveries, and keeping accurate stock inventories. Additionally, you will oversee the coordination of any repair or maintenance work, working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Regular reports on villa conditions, operational issues, and guest feedback will be expected, ensuring that all relevant teams are informed and any required action is taken promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the villas, including maintenance, services, and repairs.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure the villas are clean and safe.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and logistics to keep the villas running efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and villa owners.
