Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and materials.
  • Organize and maintain the storage area for easy access and inventory control.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure the timely issuance of goods to departments as per requisition.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate order requests for re-supply.
  • Assist in the organization of storage facilities to promote efficient inventory management.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.
