Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree majoring in Civil Engineering or Architecture, Peternakan (FARM)
- Fresh Graduate can apply
- 22-38years old
- Have 2 years experience as a Specifier/Architect/Sales Project with strong preference given to experience in the Building Material industry (Chicken Floor,Roofing, Flooring, ACP, Polycarbonate)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication skills and Fluent in English
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other CAD software.
- Have a good relationship with architect, consultant, developers, contractor, business owner
- Have a competitive spirit, energetic and communicative
- Could work well independently and as a team
- Highly self-motivated and target oriented
- Have a valid C & A driving license
- Willing to work out of town
- Preferably domicile in Sunter, North Jakarta (Sunter kelapa gading Jakarta Utara)
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and business owners, in order to:
- Actively gather and leverage information related to ongoing projects.
- Understand current and emerging customers and business priorities.
- Provide a proactive and responsive customer service.
- Ensure company’s products are specified in clear and concise manner.
- Prepare visitation database report, stay up-to-date with current information/development, and inform the sales project team accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, seminars, product demonstrations, for external and internal purpose.
- Support sales team for current and ongoing projects when required.
- Managing reports and related administrative works
