Job Descriptions:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and business processes
- Analyze current processes and map them to SAP functionalities
- Provide gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve or implement business processes using SAP
- Configure the SAP module(s) to meet business requirements (PS, PM, SM)
- Customize SAP applications based on specific business needs and ensure system integrity
- Work with technical teams to integrate SAP with other business systems
- Perform testing of SAP solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with other SAP consultants and teams (e.g., ABAP developers, basis administrators, and other functional consultants) to ensure proper integration of SAP modules
- Provide post-go-live support, resolving issues related to system performance, bugs, or user errors
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and user manuals
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on the project progress, risks, and outcomes
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to use SAP functionalities
- Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to new SAP systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience with module (PM, PS, SM)
- Strong knowledge of business processes in specific areas (e.g., finance, logistics, supply chain, production).
- Experience in SAP system configuration and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with different departments.
Additional Skills:
- SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
- Experience with SAP project methodologies, such as ASAP or SAP Activate.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and end-users.
- Experience with SAP upgrades and system enhancements is a plus.
