Key Responsibilities:

Travel Requirements:

Must be able to travel up to 80% of the time, with occasional extended trips (up to three weeks or more) during critical training periods.

Liaison Role:

Serve as the primary point of contact between HQ, zona and franchisees.

Barista’s Training:

Train direct barista and franchisees focusing on profitable operations.

Rollouts & Training Sessions:

Conduct rollout and training sessions for Limited Time Offers and New Menu Item launches.

New Store Openings:

Train barista in preparation for new store opening

Weekly Reporting:

Submit weekly updates to the direct supervisor, detailing recent store visits, issues, and strategies.

Training Material Updates:

Continuously review, revise, and help update training materials to ensure they are current, accurate, and effective.

Visit Coordination:

Work with franchisees and management teams to coordinate store visits and training sessions, ensuring clear objectives and follow-up.

Brand Advocacy:

Act as a strong advocate for the stores and franchise partners, providing Tomoro’s Leadership with essential insights into the realities of day-to-day operations while ensuring clear, two-way communication. Always uphold and represent Tomoro’s decisions, directives, and standards.

Consultation Services:

Provide franchisee and management consultation in areas such as:

  • Brand Integrity
  • Franchise Relations
  • Operations Execution, including Service, Food Standards, Cleanliness, Maintenance, and Security
  • Operating Profitable Operations/P&L Consultation
  • Physical store Maintenance
  • Assessment, Goal Setting, and Action Planning for Desired Results
  • Guest Service Skills (e.g., resolving complaints)
  • Management Team Coaching & Structure
  • Follow up with third party inspections and implement actions plans for corrective action
  • Deliver difficult messages and hold Franchise Partners and their teams accountable to standards
  • Employee Relations

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Store management experience, with at least 3 years as a Trainer.
  • Extensive management experience in coffee chain concepts.
  • Proven track record of financial success in F&B operations,
  • Exposure to multi-unit operations, preferably within a franchise environment.

Operational Skills:

  • Strong understanding of operating standards, systems, and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze operational situations, develop, and execute action plans.
  • Self-directed, with a sense of urgency and holds self-accountable to deadlines and commitments.

Communication & Training:

  • Excellent communication, training, and coaching skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Technical Skills:

  • Fully computer literate, proficient with POS systems and software applications, including Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.

Industry Awareness:

  • Remains informed about industry trends and participates in relevant courses, with approval from their supervisor.

Beverages Collaboration:

  • Assist in the introduction of new menu items and equipment, including field demonstrations, product procurement, and preparation methods.
