Job Description
Supplier Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.

Procurement Strategy:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without overstocking.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage product flow.
Cost Analysis:
- Conduct cost analysis and forecast pricing trends.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Purchase Orders:
- Create and manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Verify and approve invoices from suppliers.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assess risks related to supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to align purchasing decisions with business needs.
- Provide insights on product availability and pricing to support sales strategies.
