- Daya Dimensi Indonesia is currently hiring for Project Manager Learning position
Job Descriptions:
- Managing all projects delivery, starting from contract signing through project closure
- Creating project budget and maintaining project margins, under supervision and approval from Learning Business Partner and Solution Head
- Collaborate with Product Specialist and PMO on mapping and preparing of delivery resources (Facilitators/Coaches/Consultants/Mentors), which related to specific products
- Collaborate with LBP and Solution Head to ensure project delivery successfulness
- Managing and developing pool of Project Managers through Coaching and Mentoring
- Supervise and monitor the project implementation
- Support, managing and developing pool of resources which related to the products (Facilitators/Coaches/Consultants/Mentors)
- Support Product Specialist in product creation & development, including creating the standard of material delivery and reporting processes
- Suggests and ideating any product development related based on findings from project deliveries
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology or any major
- 7 – 10 years of working experience as a Project Manager in HR Consulting Industry
- Experience as a trainer/facilitator is beneficial
- Experience in managing high-level stakeholders (clients or organizations)
- Experience in team management
- Fluent in both oral and written English
- Good communication and interaction skills
- Good analytical thinking skills
- Passionate in People Learning and Development
- Possess and applies continuous learning skills
