Job Description
- The incumbent will responsible to ensure excellent financing and insurance product / promotion quality, from the accuracy of product setting itself, comprehensiveness of testing stage and sanity check, correctness of marketing material and information and post-launch quality assurance by adhering to good corporate governance principles hence the end to end process will give the expected result to support business.
It will covers:
- Give advice/guidance and approve each new and/or changes in product parameter in the system after a thorough review to ensure alignment with product brief and system requirements as well as external regulation.
- As product setup experts and analyze on how each parameter change will impact other functions in the system to ensure a smooth implementation product changes.
- Work with IT to design, develop and conduct Product Smoke Tests to ensure smooth implementation of product changes.
- Involved in projects and act as product management technical expert to give view/feedback in regards product setup to have effective and efficient process/setup as well as to achieve the goal of the project.
- Periodically review and update the policies and procedures related to product and find loopholes or out-of-date clauses that can be improved to increase internal / external customers experience.
We are looking for talents with:
- Bachelor degree from any major.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Product Management/ Development or Quality Assurance.
- Excellent using Microsoft Excel and skilled Oracle (SQL)/ Database Management System.
- Experience in product development/ implementation/ management, or quality management/ quality assurance.
- Good analytical and logical thinking and communicate ideas well also in English bot written & verbal.
- Able to work in agile & dynamic environment.
