Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain up-to-date job descriptions across all levels of the organization.
- Review and analyze the organization’s structure, identifying gaps or inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
- Lead the annual workforce planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future growth.
- Design and implement talent management frameworks to identify, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and talent mapping processes, identifying high-potential employees for career development programs.
- Oversee the performance management system, ensuring clear and effective communication of goals and expectations.
- Provide guidance to managers on setting performance objectives, conducting evaluations, and offering constructive feedback.
- Continuously review and improve performance management tools and processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in organization development, talent management, or performance management.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development practices, job analysis, and talent management strategies.
- Experience with performance management systems and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Skills:
- Strong project management abilities with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
