Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date job descriptions across all levels of the organization.
  • Review and analyze the organization’s structure, identifying gaps or inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
  • Lead the annual workforce planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future growth.
  • Design and implement talent management frameworks to identify, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and talent mapping processes, identifying high-potential employees for career development programs.
  • Oversee the performance management system, ensuring clear and effective communication of goals and expectations.
  • Provide guidance to managers on setting performance objectives, conducting evaluations, and offering constructive feedback.
  • Continuously review and improve performance management tools and processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in organization development, talent management, or performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development practices, job analysis, and talent management strategies.
  • Experience with performance management systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Skills:

  • Strong project management abilities with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address organizational challenges.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for performance management and talent mapping.
