Preferred Qualifications:
- Education and experience in Change Management, Behavioral and Management Training, Manufacturing/Process/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operational Management in Manufacturing.
- Experience in roles such as Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering, Business Process Re-engineering, Technical and Energy Conservation, PPIC and Production Planning, Quality Improvement, Behavioral Training, Project Management, and Client Training within Sales and Manufacturing industries.
- Experience in Sales and Service industries (banking, sales, hospitality, finance, retail, distribution) is also valued, especially in Field Sales and Sales Management roles.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background from a top-ranked domestic or foreign university in Engineering, Management, or Sales fields.
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management or a related degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in English.

Educational Background:
A strong academic record from a top-ranked domestic or international university in Engineering, Management, or Sales. A Bachelor of Science in Business Management or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale) or 4.0 (on a 5.0 scale) is required.

Strong analytical abilities.
Relevant Experience:
Experience in business management, engineering and process management, sales, consulting in manufacturing, or training and behavior change is advantageous.

Must be an Indonesian citizen, fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Availability:
Must be available to start within two weeks of receiving a job offer.

Preferred age range is 25-33 years old, with a minimum age of 25.
