- Provide accurate information regarding company services as per customer needs.
- Create orders in the system.
- Track, trace, and expedite the status and condition of customer goods, proactively responding to inquiries.
- Communicate customer requests during the execution of goods to other departments (operations/finance/related departments).
- Respond to and validate customer complaints and claims, forwarding complaint and claim information to internal departments.
- Prepare necessary documents for the invoicing process based on customer agreements and required supporting documents.
- Bridge communication between finance and customers to ensure timely payment according to agreements.
- Regularly report on customer performance achievements to direct superiors.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Basic knowledge in the logistics field.
Language skills:
Indonesian & English (written & verbal).
- Interpersonal, execution, and target-oriented skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in operating Ms.Excel and Ms.Powerpoint
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a commercial officer in the logistics industry.
