Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end marketing efforts for our skincare brand. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). In this role, you will also liaise with external agencies, manage campaign timelines, and be the main point of contact for all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with the brand’s goals and objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning to execution and analysis, across digital and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to deliver high-quality creative and media campaigns, managing timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Oversee content creation, including social media posts, blogs, email marketing, and more, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve ROI and effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns and activations are cost-effective and meet objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand innovative and relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, with experience in social media management, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success in campaign management, KOL partnerships, and content creation.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and optimize future strategies.
