Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management (IG, FB, TikTok, Youtube):
- Working closely with the social media agency to manage weekly content and monthly editorial calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Supervising agency response to comments and direct messages to enhance customer engagement and build good brand reputation.
- Handling Google Reviews and Google Business Accounts for all regions in Indonesia.
Linkedin Management:
- Assist with creating and managing Linkedin content for any company updates, company events, holiday and observance greeting content.
- Respond to comments and direct messages to enhance customer engagement.
BAU Marketing Communication Support:
Coordinating design/creative request from other departments:
make sure complete brief is received, brief creative designer, and ensure timely delivery to users.
- Develop copywriting (English & Bahasa) for internal design/creative request.
- Create simple designs using Canva for internal requests and coordinate with designers for more complex projects.
4. Event Coordination and Support:
Support MarComm team in planning and executing events, including creating marketing collateral and coordinating logistics:
Commercial:
supporting partnerships events with muftifinance, brokerage, group health business, etc. For examples: BFI Run, GIIAS, Asus Health Talk
Digital Partnerships:
supporting events with digital partnerships, e.g. GoPay Webinars
Marketing events:
press events, product launching (both external and internal), etc.
- Survey and coordinate with organizers and venues for events.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as coordinating payments to vendors, submitting payment requests, and preparing event memos.
5. Research and Administrative Tasks:
- Conduct competitor desk research for marketing promotional campaigns and events based on adhoc request.
- Website UAT testers
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
2. Skills:
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role involves crafting messages for various audiences.
Social Media Management:
Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as well as scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite or Buffer).
Content Creation:
Ability to write marketing copy for blogs, newsletters, press releases, and website content.
3. Experience:
Internships or Part-Time Experience:
Previous internships or part-time work in marketing, PR, or communications is highly desirable.
Portfolio:
A portfolio showcasing past work, such as written content, social media campaigns, or graphic designs, can be an advantage.
