Job Description
- Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Ners)
- At least 6 years of work experience as a clinical nurse in a hospital and experience as a head of a nursing unit
- Possess a valid STR (Nursing License)
- Have certifications in Ward Management, Head of Department Management, BTCLS
- Understand hospital accreditation standards for 2022 related to nursing services
- Able to work in a team and bring innovation in developing nursing services
